Itzik Kricheli

Co-Founder, Director & Head of Business Development

Entrepreneur, investor, creator, producer, and businessman with extensive international experience. He has been active in the global television and film industry since 1998 as a creator, producer and investor. In the field of Internet, high-tech and finance, active since 2010, shareholder and major investor in several companies in the field. In recent years, Itzik has been investing in technology companies with an orientation to content, advertising and finance.


Gal Yissar

Co-Founder & CEO

Executive, entrepreneur, investor, CEO with over twenty-six years of international experience in general management, business strategy, international business development, start-up, funding, finance, operations management, human capital, and service. Gal Yissar brings his track record of international successes, investments, and Management to the entertainment industry.

Mr. Yissar holds BA in Economics and Management and MA in Philosophy, Information and Digital Culture from Tel Aviv University


Asaf Nawi

Co-Founder & Head of Production

Member of the board of the Producers Association in Israel and owner of the Israeli production company Nawipro Ltd, which produced hundreds of hours of broadcast for various channels in Israel, in all genres - movie, documentary, dramas, and studio programs. Assaf has participated in many projects in Israel and abroad. He is also a guest lecturer in film classes at various schools in the country for film and television studies.


Oded  Turgeman

Co-Founder & Director of Content

Oded Turgeman is an entrepreneur, TV creator, and business executive who has multiple successful ventures into the entertainment industry. He graduated from the Sam Spiegel film school and AFI film program to found The Operating Room, where he made deals with Dreamworks, Epic Story Media, Nelvana, DHX media, and Paramount. Oded established Jerusalem-based animation workshop Hop, Skip and a Jump as well as Jerusalem-based Live Action Pilot Program and brings high-profile industry executives at major companies and studios.


Maurice Fadida

Co-producer & Advisor

L.A. based film producer and financier CEO and Owner of KODIAK PICTURES. Maurice has executive produced a number of high-profile projects including the THE CLAPPER (Ed Helms, Amanda Seyfried, Tracy Morgan), THE TAX COLLECTOR (directed by David Ayer, starring Shia Lebeouf), BLOODSHOT (Vin Diesel), THE TRIAL OF THE CHICAGO 7 (directed by Aaron Sorkin). As a producer, Maurice has made projects like THE VANISHING (starring Gerard Butler) and JOHN HENRY (starring Terry Crews and Ludacris).

Is the founder of SmartCinema, who also currently serves on the AMC Entertainment Holdings corporate board. His former titles include CEO of Legendary Entertainment, Chairman of The AMC (movie theater) compensation committee, SVP of News Corp, Chairman of MySpace China, VP of Wanda Int’l Investments, and President of Microsoft China, where sales tripled under his leadership. Among other accolades, he is one of the most influential and distinguished media personnel in China.

Advisory Board

is an American Daytime Emmy award-winning producer of television animation. He was President of Warner Bros. Animation from 2001 to 2007, then became President of Sony Pictures Television International Productions until 2009 and was President of Fremantlemedia Kids and Family Entertainment Division from 2009 to 2013. He is currently CEO of IPSP Global Financial Services, the American arm of DengiOnline, the largest online electronics payments platform in Russia and the C.I.S., specializing in the distribution of video games and micro- transactions.

David Levine

Advisory Board

Chief Content Officer at Moonbug Entertainment, David Levine was formerly Vice President, Kids Programming, Europe and Africa/UK Ireland for the Walt Disney Company. As part of the Disney Channel's EMEA leadership team, David also advised on the overall strategic direction for Disney Channels across the region. His earlier roles at The Walt Disney Company included serving as VP Programming, Production and Strategic Development and the VP and General Manager of Disney XD Worldwide. David joined the Disney family in 2004 as its VP Worldwide Programming Strategy for Disney/ABC cable networks group and became VP Worldwide Programming Strategy, Acquisitions, and Co-Productions for Disney Channels Worldwide. David received his Bachelor's degree from Queens College at SUNY, and his JD from George Washington University Law School.


Tim Sarnoff

Advisory Board

As former Deputy CEO and President of Production Services, Tim was in charge of all post-production, visual effects, animation and games worldwide for Technicolor. Previously he served as the company’s President of Technicolor Digital Productions.Prior to coming to Technicolor, Tim was the President of Sony Pictures Imageworks for 12 years, and the studio received numerous awards and nominations during his tenure, including two Oscars for Spider-Man 2 and The ChubbChubbs!, and nominations for Surf’s Up; Monster House; The Chronicles of Narnia:  The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe; Spider-Man; Hollow Man; Stuart Little and Starship Troopers.  Previous to that, Tim created and was SVP of Warner Digital Studio as a division of Warner Bros., and shepherded the start-up and growth of Warner Bros. Animation as SVP.  Sarnoff holds Bachelor’s Degrees in Psychology and in Journalism from Stanford University.


David Israel

Advisory Board

is an Emmy and Golden Globe winning television writer/producer who, after moving to LA from NY, spent four seasons as a writer and executive producer on the hit NBC show 3RD ROCK FROM THE SUN. Then created THE TRACY MORGAN SHOW for NBC and wrote and executive produced GROUNDED FOR LIFE for FOX before moving to Nickelodeon to produce HOW TO ROCK and MARVIN MARVIN. After that, he executive produced ABOUT A BOY for NBC and then joined the hour-long dramedy UNREAL for Lifetime. He is currently writing on DYNASTY at The CW.
